nice stay but some improvements needed
The room was spacious with very comfortable beds, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered a good variety, helping us start our day on a positive note.
Some amenities could be better kept up.

Great location for exploring nearby attractions.
Our experience was deeply disappointing. We were promised a room that could accommodate our large family, but instead faced miscommunication about the room size. The dirty condition of our temporary room, including cockroaches, left us feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed, affecting our sleep and overall enjoyment. It was deeply distressing to deal with these problems without adequate support from the hotel staff.

Had a fantastic time staying with friends! We loved the proximity to the Visalia Adventure Park and catching a game at Rawhide Ballpark. The rooms were spacious and the AC kept us cool. One ice machine on the ground floor was the only drawback. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a group getaway.
Unfortunately, when we arrived, our first room wasn’t clean and had stains on the sofa bed, which was also broken. We had to switch rooms, but thankfully the next one was better.

This was just a fitting option for a getaway in Visalia with very good value for money. The maid was super helpful, changing towels and taking out my trash when I asked. Don't forget to check the pool area for cleaning needs before diving in.

The check-in experience was exceptional, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was varied, offering both warm and cold options, including tropical fruits and freshly made waffles. However, the internet was unreliable and slow, often dropping out, which was frustrating. Additionally, the dining area could use better attention to cleanliness as the waffle iron was not properly prepped each morning. While the location was convenient, the service overall left something to be desired.

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for our family! Plus, we made some great memories visiting the Visalia Adventure Park. My teenage daughter loved the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of fun.
In my wife's opinion, the noise from other rooms kept everyone up at night. They could improve soundproofing for a more peaceful stay.

The staff, especially Amanda, truly made the stay enjoyable with her cheerful demeanor and helpful tips. The hotel was clean, and the room was adequate, but the exterior could use more attention. A few minor issues here and there, but overall a nice experience.

The charming decoration and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. Accessibility features throughout the hotel, especially the ramps and elevators, made navigating effortlessly comfortable for all guests, including those with mobility challenges.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.
